The document made through the State of Wisconsin, and dated March 11, 1865, is for Aid to Volunteers and widows of soldiers. This soldier, William McClain of Co. "G" 1st Wis. Some small paper loss where the two pieces were one held together, glue residue showing.
Overall very good condition.
Haven't seen very many of these of any of the states.
