    I’m not sure if this is a CDV or a photograph. It is a boy in a uniform with an officer’s type kepi. I’ve tried to read the belt buckle but it’s hard to make out. My best guess is US but not reversed. Notice the cracking and flaking. Feel free to ask questions.
